Ordered a clean for my Mum who’d been trying to get a good window cleaner for about a year. Del from Preen & Clean did a great job of cleaning some very dirty windows, Mum said she’d never seen the window surrounds looking so clean and white. Strongly recommended.

Really good clean, the technician was really polite and informative. Only problem was they couldn’t reach all of my windows due to accessing the back of the house down a lane which they couldn’t get the van up. However very pleased with the service. Thanks!
I booked online and Preen & Clean were here within a couple of days, with a text and email to confirm. Del was friendly, efficient and thorough - my neighbour commented on how great the windows looked afterwards. Great job, looking forward to continuing to use them!
In principle their cleaning methods are good as I have hard to reach windows. However, the technician allocated to clean my house was very rude. I spoke to Preen and Clean about this and the prtdk I spoke to said their staff shouldn't be rude at all. They'd speak to the manager and call back. They never called back but advised me of the next cleaning date. I spoke to them about who was coming and it was the same technician so I've cancelled the cleaning totally. The chap was very rude to visits out if four and it appears this company would prefer to lose customers than swap technicians. Very poor.
My mother uses this service and as she lives in a terrace she requires notice to make sure the back of the house can be accessed. She doesn’t always received notification and the last time they came they didn’t clean the doors which she pointed out so he did the front door but upon leaving she checked the back and that door hadn’t been done. £16.25 for 5 minutes work.
Very good service Will use again.
