   Very bad experience. Ordered a pizza @00:45 from0.2 miles away and the delivery time was @01:30. I didn’t get the delivery on time. Called several times but no response. Went to collect the food @03:00 but they said delivery send to the address just now. Finally received the food. The food was not fully cooked. Tastes very bad. I’m not gonna buy food again from here

   The food itself we love. Now the service is poor unfortunately. We ordered bang on 5pm. The restaurant accepted the order and online it said ready to collect approximately 17.18pm. So my husband got into the shop for 17.18. No pizzas were prepped , he'd just switched the fryer on. Basically orders shouldn't be accepted until 17.30 because nothing is ready to be used. He had 3 orders came in at the same time and he was on his own, which I think is a very difficult task. We finally got our order at 17.46. A more realistic collection time is needed
