   I'm disappointed to write this review, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I visited this store twice in the past two days and unfortunately encountered unprofessional behavior from a staff member both times. On both occasions, an older female employee with glasses who was stocking shelves in the toiletries aisle displayed what I can only describe as racist behavior. Yesterday, while I was shopping with my partner (who is African-Irish, and I am Middle Eastern), she made faces and gave us hostile attitude while we were simply looking at products and making our shopping list. Today, when I returned with my 5-year-old son to purchase the items, she moved her trolley without any apology and nearly hit my leg, continuing the same discriminatory treatment. Her consistently racist attitude was so obvious that even my young child noticed and asked me what was wrong. No customer should experience racism while shopping. The behavior we encountered was completely unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome and discriminated against. I hope management will address this issue to ensure all customers receive the respectful service they deserve.

   I seldom come here and just realized the items sold are very cheap and economical. for example a rug in the bathroom usually cost like 7 to 9 pound but i found it here for 3 pound! good value for money

   That first Isle that forces you to the back of the store has to stop. I came across 2 eshausted hobbits arguing about finding mount doom back there. But apart from that, no issues.

   Who doesn't love a visit to B and M? I could go on any of their stores and not need anything but find something essential. This is not the largest I have been in but is handy for where I live.

   Great store, great staff, but only issue is it feels like everyone in there knows the cashiers so they blab on for ages, seemingly unaware that there's a queue of people who may be in a hurry. They really need to develop a sense of professionalism especially when there's a queue. No problem that they want to chat to the locals but at least clear the line or get some more people on the tills and it wouldn't feel like such a p*sstake.
