Not at ALL HAPPY over charged completely i didn’t realise until i was home they charged me £5 for 2.50 pouches and £5 for RESEALED pokemon cards i will be coming back for a refund because this is absolutely ridiculous you are scamming people didnt even put one of the cards the correct way around disgusting
Post office lady (older larger lady) My word- her lack of customer service and politeness is shocking. I’d be ashamed to have her work for me. It’s like she can’t be arsed at all. Just leave love, there are plenty of other people looking for work who have some manners at least
This shop is very convenient and overall provides good service. However, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members at the delivery counter, a lady with a larger physique. She appeared to lack a service-minded approach, and her demeanor came across as rude. I hope the shop owner can look into this to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers.
This is a wonderful convenience store with post office. I am grateful that it is just round the corner from where I live and I go there frequently. The staff are delightfully nice to me and the place is always busy. Thank you for having things I need and for the post office.
Absolute rip off. You can buy something on discount and still get charged full price and they never give the receipt. I went in and baught 4 items,£10.36. Didn't get a receipt just a dirty look from the large lady behind the counter. She had the personality of a tree. Very aware that they are located near a council estate and know exactly what to do to exploit certain vulnerable people in the area with deals on booze and wines I will be taking this further with trading standards,you need to close and open a Tesco express
Staff have always been kind and courteous since i moved here 6 months ago. So not sure what everyone is complaining about in the other reviews. Shop itself has a great variety, a little cramped but sells a little bit of everything
I loved going into this shop, as it’s local to us. But recently over the past couple of days that I’ve been in, I’ve had customers standing on top of me when I’ve been trying to pay. I’ve repeatedly had to ask them myself to stand 2m apart from me, at one point I was growled at by someone. Today I had to ask someone again, to stay 2m apart, and they were saying ‘no it’s okay, don’t worry’. No staff member doing anything to tell everyone to stand apart from each other, even when I looked clearly panicked. I don’t understand what has happened since the first lockdown, but it’s as if people think that they aren’t going to get this deadly virus. Very uncomfortable going into this shop now, and will now be driving to a different shop to get groceries.
