Joke of a place. Supposed to shut at 10pm however the last 3 nights between 9 and 9.30pm they have the door locked. Staff see you at the door and they just ignore you. Local customer now lost!! Too much competition in the area to treat customers this way!
Pleasure to shop at One Stop, usual ladies at counter very personable & polite & young man on Sunday afternoon. However, miserable, disinterested younger Asian man there on occasions. He does not look happy! Maybe needs some Customer Service training?
All staff are friendly and very helpful. It's an absolute pleasure to shop in this store. Not an easy job these days and they all do a brilliant job. Customer service is excellent.

Old woman with glasses behind the counter always makes our experience in the shop very difficult, she always glares at us and makes un needed comments. She shouldn't be allowed to work in a shop, please sort her out before she runs all your business away with her disgusting attitude!
You should advise when you’re closing for deliveries as this is now a regular occurrence mid afternoon, not only are you losing business by turning customers away, potential customers have struggled to get there with weather & mobility issues as you are situated near a large complex that houses such people. You advertise as opening 6am to 11pm, today you are not, you closed at 3:30pm with no indication of when you will reopen, when asked we were greeted with a shrug, very bad management of both business & staff.
