Very nice family run business. Friendly and polite service, the shop always smells fresh. Reasonable prices on goods, great selection, and no sneaky 50p charge for using your debit card. The best convenience store in Bramley.

Very unfriendly, rude service. Can't believe other businesses affiliate themselves with this shop.

Just dropped off a Hermes parcel and the older woman on the counter was the most miserable, unhelpful and unfriendly person I have ever met. Luckily the nice younger man working at the back of the shop was helpful when he saw me struggling to use the label printer. The two stars are for him not her. Thank God this isn't my local shop.

Very rude and unprofessional people. I went there to return Asos parcel and he scaned the barcode on the parcel instead of the return code sent to me by asos. I told him you need to scan the code from my email so i will get the correct refund and the parcel will not get lost but he did not even bother hiself to answer me and he just waved meaning that I should shut up .. that was extremely rude and unprofessional.. I will never go there again and I do not recommend anyone going there.

They're pretty decent, prices are what you would expect from a convenience store, they are cheaper than the spar down the road that's for sure! Owner is nice and friendly. Just check the dates on any fresh produce, they often miss out of date stock, other than that, nothing to complain about.

Do not go to this Nisa unless you want to be ripped off or fall ill. They over charge even though the price is stated on the packaging itself. My little sister went to buy flour it said £1.50 on the pack but the man charged her £2.79, unfortunately was not able to go back as once we counted the change it was too late as id already opened the packet. Once I brought some fresh veg which didn't even last 1 day. Many times I have noticed out of date produce on The shelves too being sold at full price, no price reductions or labels stating it is out of date. The staff seem pretty miserable and uptight. I shall not be shopping here.
