   ★★☆☆☆ – Decent Cleaners, But Comes with Drama I’ll give credit where it’s due—the cleaners themselves do a decent job. They always show up, and the place looks good afterward. If you’re looking for reliability in terms of the actual cleaning, you’ll probably be satisfied. However, dealing with the company itself is… an experience. Communication is interesting—polite on the surface but with a definite undertone of attitude, especially if you dare question anything. They seem to have a long memory for even the smallest issues, so don’t expect any favours if you ever dare take a break or give constructive feedback. Holding a grudge seems to be part of the service. Also, I’ve never known a company to switch bank accounts so often. Every other invoice has new payment details, which is always reassuring when dealing with a professional business (note the sarcasm). If you enjoy a little mystery with your cleaning service, this might be right up your alley. Overall, if you just need a clean house and don’t mind a bit of side-eye and passive aggression with your service, go for it. If you prefer hassle-free and drama-free, maybe look elsewhere.
