   Syperdrug has let me down with online shopping. I placed an order for Bayliss handwash gift set back in October still waiting for my delivery. I have heard just once and once only to say we arre still processing as it's busy this time of year.Think I will have to wait another xmas to get my order deivered. I am upset and angry as never ever thought this about Superdrug I surely won't be doing any online shopping going forward.

   I got a hi on the shop floor which was nice. The section I was trying to look at at had a stocking up trolley left right in front with no sign of a staff member. I had push the trolley side to side to look at what I wanted. Waited around to be served for 5min , had to go find a member of staff. My whole transaction was completed whilst cashier and the other staff member had a full on conversation on the headset. What ever happened to interaction with the customer and good service

   Recieved really good service on Wednesday from Courtney, she went out of her way to help my niece choose make up products and colour match foundation. Highly recommend visiting this store. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Never had any issues.

   Lots of tempting offers available in store always make me to spend my money there, also plenty cruelty-free and vegan brands, such as Barry M, Eylure or Elf, as well as you can order from other brands online, and collect them in store too. Friendly atmosphere and kind, helpful customer service is something you can always count on in Dewsbury branch.
