   A week ago, I noticed a damaged pack of Fisherman's Friend and reported it to a staff member. But when I visited again today, the same damaged pack was still on the shelf — it seems like no one has checked or restocked that section all week. This raises concerns about store management and hygiene standards.

   Store has most things you need as they are all the same but customer service lacks. Helen who is supposedly a "team leader" doesn't belong in a customer facing role in my opinion. She was talking on her headset while dealing with the customer in front of me only speaking to say the price, didn't even say hello to me .... And again only speaking to say the price. As the only person on the tills I think this needs re-evaluating, it's just rude behaviour from a human let alone a team leader in a store. Good job superdrug is such a handy store

   I was unreasonably accused of theft. Eventually I bought what I wanted and I was checked by staff. They found nothing, but they didn’t even apologise. Awful, RUDE service.

   Really disappointed with the beauty treatment for my eyebrows. They advertise 'shaping' I asked on two separate occasions to wax rather than thread and they still threaded my brows despite on the second occasion telling them that I did not want a thread, wax only. The lady agreed and still threaded. The nail counter is excellent. Good cleanliness in line with covid regulations and friendly staff. Good.prices too. No concerns with main store

   Such an amazing shopping experience in store today. Was served by Katie on the fragrance counter, who was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me to find a few really nice men's fragrances. She was very patient and nothing was too much trouble. Must have sampled over 30 different fragrances, maybe more, but Katie did not mind the trouble. Thanks so much.
