I asked if they exchange dirhams and by looking at my skin tone they assumed I wanted to exchange something called ‘Indian Dirhams’. Clearly racist staff as both of the workers assumed I was trying to exchange rupees (the currency they were meant to be referring to). Received no apology and they clearly have no clue what they’re doing.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Excellent communication both via email and in store to assist with cash chequing. Friendly, approachable staff, both via a manager by way of email and in store staff. Shout out to Gosia and Natacha. Highly recommended. I wouldn't hesitate to utilise this office again.
Horrible experience, if you notice here, the only good reviews are from British people because the staff is only nice to them but extremely racist towards our African friends trying to use Western Union. Would not recommend this store and I know accounts of the staff selling fakes posing them as "Rolex style watch". Beware!
