   Visited cash conversions a few times and my experience has been great each time. Riz was the person who served me the most. Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable to customers. Patient and are open to answering any questions you have. The store has a range of good quality items each time I go in, with the store looking very organised. There are other members of staff, but I forgot their names. All do a brilliant job at making sure they meet their customers' needs. All very approachable and helpful. Highly recommended! Thank you guys ❤️

   Will never go again , was absolutely ripped off took a very expensive watch in as a single parent needed to come up with my rent that day so had to take my uncle's watch in that was given when he passesd away took it in to buy back but was told I couldn't as I did not have pic I,D but I had mail tenancy agreement but still they said they wouldn't accept it so I was in a desperate position so close to closing time he said that the watch was only going for 400 on eBay as I didn't really look I accepted what he said he offered me 100 I said no anyway I ended up walking away with 120 and now my aunt has just told me it worth 2,000 bad condition to 4,000. I no I should of looked but we are supposed to trust these shops and I don't think it's right that they can give so low on items. I am a single mother who has not got much at all and really could of done with getting the right price and buying stuff me and my kids need it was out of order and will never go nor send anyone there it's disgusting and very worrying that a business can do this.
