   Apparently going for a very casual look nowadays. Wednesday 30th August the key holder opening the store, Sofia, was wearing a white top over her uniform, must be ashamed of working there. In addition she and her supporting staff member were simply stood at the tills talking the entire time I was in the store when there was clearly a lot of work to be done. That brings me to my main point. If you want to buy anything you will have absolutely no idea about the price because apparently no-one checks them. I haven't seen this many missing prices at any store ever and I didn't even look at half of the aisles. See pictures. Edit: Went in again 06/09/2024. Over a year later. Rachel, the "manager", stood around chatting whilst the store is still missing prices. It's genuinely embarrassing at this point. All she needs to do is scan the items that are not priced, print the new price tags and put them on the shelves and hangers. You would think that this would be a daily practice for a manager but apparently not. New photos added. Also Google, as I have previously mentioned privately, the review posted by Millie Noir shortly after my initial post is a conflict of interest. She is the daughter of Rachel, the manager, and as such has a personal interest that disallows impartiality on the matter. It's also just a poorly written and low effort review. She has typed "Outstanding survives" instead of "Outstanding service" for example. Clearly this is a review posted by a disinterested daughter on the request of her mother, the store manager Rachel. Anyway, RACHEL PRICE YOUR STORE. Have you had a single passing audit since you became manager?

   Decent store in Halifax for picking up bare necessities on the go! Have to mention the service desk staff are really polite and always helpful, especially Caitlin who was very professional, welcoming and helpful, helped me out with a few queries about products I had and her advice went a long way!! Thank you Caitlin!

   I ordered lots of items online but failed to do click and collect and needed the items urgently. Sofia advised I can buy the items in store again and when my order arrives to store, just get a refund. Sofia took my list of items and picked them all for me quickly in the shop and saved me stress and time. Very professional and friendly staff member who knew the shop inside and out.
