Such wonderful and helpful staff on the pharmacy department on Sunday 7 th December helping my sister get sorted with her diabetes. Also staff on till at the door who was so lovely helpful and cheerful. Pleasure to shop in this store well done everyone x

Very rude,off hand pharmacy assistant .Spoke down to me Wasnt interested in my medication concern and snapped my head off re me wanting to speak to Joy pharmacist. She demoralised me.The person ,Paula should not be serving in the pharmacy in fact shouldn't be in job dealing with customers. Asked my phone no infront of customers. She was well out of order and hope my issue is addressed.
I called into the Skipton branch for something specific, I asked 2 members of staff who were uninterested and pointed to an area. I picked up something went to another till, Mary said I had picked up the wrong thing and took me to exactly what I needed. Mary was very kind and helpful, the other 2 were jobs worth. Mixed feelings great experience with Mary terrible with the other 2 members.
Absolutely drenched after the flash rain storm but the staff care more about the weather than serving customers… waited at the til and nobody came so just left. Honestly the worst customer service! Train your staff boots it’s embarrassing. Oh and maybe sell more than sun cream.

Took wife to buy some perfume. Actually just walked out after being ignored by the staff that knew we were waiting to be attended to . The staff need better training .
Very Rude Staff. Came in here today to pick up some strong pain killers for my partners broken tooth. The older lady behind the counter gave us an EXTENDED lecture on how these tablets were too strong for her and she should take weaker ones first. When we explained that she has taken them before a few months ago, she then said she shouldn't be taking them as she has had them before and she should try something weaker so she doesn't get used to the strong ones, and they stop working. How do people like this get customer facing roles? She was rude and over bearing, and acted like there was only one opiion that mattered, and that was hers. We ended up walking out of the shop and left the rest of our purchases on the counter. Awful service. Should be ashamed.
