Aimed mostly at the females, but I did end up getting some everyday Aftershaves. Good Service with smiley faces from the Staff. I will make this part of my regular shopping as the prices were quite reasonable & the Staff welcoming.

Dont even deserve one star my dads very very ill he has one leg and cant use his hands. Every other day i get a call from superdrug phamacists asking me to go collect his medication because the delivery driver is on holiday my dads now sat at home with no medication going mad I phoned up today amd spoke to a man called tariq he was very rude he kept interupting me when i was speaking then said can u give me some respect very very poor I would never recommend superdrug at piazza to anyone
Incredibly friendly, go out of their way to help, and on the phone this morning sorted out all the problems caused by my GP failing to send prescriptions to the right place twice in a row - the sympathetic lady on the phone at the local Superdrug tracked the prescription down on their computer systems, fixed the issue, and made sure I had enough pills left until they are able to get the now delayed prescription to me etc. - Cannot recommend them enough, thanks!

I find it almost inexplicable how bad this pharmacy is. I've never once not had an issue trying to get hold of my prescription. Whether they're unable to find the medication, my current address to help find said medication or even just unapologetically somehow not having it ready - it's an infuriating experience from beginning to end. Whilst they're first and foremost a pharmacists, the customer service experience is also bad and the amount of back and forth trips to get each individual prescription is a chore nobody wants.
Absolutely shocking everytime I come in. Whether it’s the fact they expect you to just shout out your medication in the middle of the store, or getting confused by their own system. There is never not a problem with them. Even asking me for addresses where I lived 6 years ago to try find it on the system.
Tehmina, the store manager of the pharmacy was a great help today! The computer was down but she didn’t give up and eventually with all her efforts she managed to hand me the receipt and vaccinated me. Will always remember this great favour of yours. THANK YOU once again TEHMINA!!!!
