   Insanely bad. Took a brand new unworn Tag Aquaracer in to sell - a watch that retails at £1,950 in the jewellers - fully boxed with all original papers, manual, card etc - After 15 minutes of making phone calls to one person and another, they tried to tell me they buy them in at £400 and that I couldn't have cash that day as they send it off to head office for authentication, all in all, complete waste of time. "We buy watches" they claim... yeah, if you want to give it away and wait a week for the privilege.

   I’ve been to Ramsdens today and was served by Lucy. She was so warm and friendly and had so much knowledge about the items I was looking to sell. She talked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable with the items I was selling - as some had sentimental value. She went above and beyond to value, weigh and then re weigh my items and was patient as I decided what to keep and part with. Thank you Lucy and lovely to meet you!

   Dan an Amanda are absolutely fantastic an a credit to Ramsdens!!..I have used this shop on multiple occasions from buying selling even had to pawn an get back.. never pressured even work with on all pricing...a dont go to any other shop for gold an prices they know what they are doing.. always polite an friendly staff. We always an will always use this shop whilst these colleagues have run of the show!! Keep it up guys!! Rich

   Staff sometimes friendly sometimes are not I remember pawning some gold jewellery they gave me a price which I thought was good once I accepted it the lady put the jewellery in a bag and threw it on the floor which I thought was a disgrace as any of the rings could have come out of the bag and got lost also the lady had just eaten a packet of crisps so her fingers were greasy which made the jewellery greasy as a susgestion I think they shoul wear nylon or leather gloves whilst handling jewellery which is been pawned

   This shop wants a serious shake up, unfriendly staff, plus they need to keep up with latest gold prices, they offer much less for gold than other competition,,,,,,, avoid avoid before you get totally ripped off,,,,,,,,, respect your gold go elsewhere!!!!

   Rude. Abrupt and unfriendly staff member was rude to my husband and I. quickly wanting to get us in and out. Her computer wasn't working so she told us to "go stand up there then!" An old man was trying to get into the shop she shouted "push it then!!" at him.
