A gift of flowers was ordered via Interflora for delivery on January 2nd. They didn’t arrive until the 3rd. My husband commented that they should have been delivered on the second. Because of this I received a phone call from the shop telling me my husband had been extremely rude to the delivery driver. Not the case. He just questioned the delivery date. It seems Interflora were at fault. Not appropriate to contact me to tell me about my husband. Taken the shine off a birthday gift. Random selection of flowers. Purple chrysanthemums shedding petals straight away.
Absolutely beautiful bunch of flowers that was made for my wife on our 30th wedding anniversary. The flowers were beautiful and smells amazing. The wife is very happy with them and will certainly be back
Bought 2 hand tied bouquets for £50 each. Service not very welcoming at all. I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Flowers: better at Morrisons at foss islands for half the price. Would not use this florist again although I like to support small independent businesses. Very disappointed
Poor experience. Needed to buy some flowers for a funeral at short notice and was told I needed to order them - fair enough I suppose. I then asked for a simple tribute card and stake and was told I couldn't buy unless I was buying flowers from them. All in all the attitude was very poor. Won't be going here again.
Horrific Attitude and service, find somewhere else! Ordered two bouquets and specifically told the lady on the phone they were for Mother’s Day, I was told they were very busy abs they would not be ready until after 3:30pm, not able to get there the same day I went to the shop first thing the next morning where I was told because I was not there on the dot at 3:30pm they had been sold. No apology nor trying to resolve and the attitude was down right rude. Find your self somewhere else
I live about 100 miles away I looked up this shop on google, telephoned my order, they were made up and delivered within the hour. Beautiful and fresh, I'd say order local, so much better than some of the big companies, where you often end up with damaged flowers in a crumpled cardboard box! Excellent service and reasonable prices. Thank you.
