   I found this florist om Google, I live in the north of Scotland, but didn't want to use a big online company, I wanted to support local company. The two ladies I spoke to on the phone were absolutely amazing. I've received a pic of the flowers and they are just beautiful. Thank you to this company for taking my order at veryyy short notice. I will absolutely use again if needed.

   Spoke to the very nice and helpful Georgina this morning who explained everything about my order so I knew everything might not be exactly as pictured on the website. Then the delivery man very kindly brought the flowers and chocolates inside for my mum as they were quite heavy and she uses a walker. She is delighted with everything and so am I. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Well done guys and have a great weekend!!

   Melanie’s Florist did a wonderful job for our wedding last week, particularly Georgina. Providing bouquets, buttonholes and a hair piece for our flower girl. They were nothing but approachable and friendly throughout the whole process, and are clearly experts in their field! Cannot recommend them enough!

   Yet again, absolutely stunning flowers ! I collected a beautiful bouquet today for someones 90th birthday. Rob was so helpful, from ordering them on Wed to collecting today. He created a perfectly timeless bouquet. All the staff are ALWAYS very helpful & friendly & the fowers really last. We always use Melanie's for all occasions. From our own wedding 18 years ago to my mums funeral 15 years ago, christmas displays, birthdays & other general occasions. Melanies are the best florists in West Yorkshire.

   I live in NZ and chose Melanie's Florist because it was local to the person I was sending the flowers to. The flowers that were delivered were just like the photo on the website, and along with the candle I chose, have made my very poorly special friend feel loved and supported from across the miles. My friend said that they were delivered by a "lovely local lady". A huge thank you.

   We visit Melanie's only a few times every couple of years for certain dates or occasions. Whenever we have been here, the flowers are always beautiful and look great for minimum a week. The staff here are always friendly and extremely helpful. We asked for suggestions or general help and they always provide help with a smile. Never had a bad issue here and I would recommend anyone looking for some flowers to make this their first stop.
