Ordered birthday flowers for delivery 7 days forward with morning delivery requested, on the day no show in the morning, no text no email, I called them at 2:00 pm advised that this would be the last drop 2-3 hours time. When questioned the response was "we do not guarrantee any time". Very poor customer service will not use again.
I ordered flowers from a remote corner of Washington state to be delivered to my sister in York on her marriage anniversary. I ran into a bit of a glitch while ordering on-line. I e-mailed and got a quick response, I had a friendly chat with Paula too. Flowers were delivered on time and the couple were delighted with the bouquet.
Would have been delighted to leave a positive review, however I didn't buy any flowers. After explaining what type of rose I'd like, for part of the order. The florist explained that she personally wouldn't use it, for a wedding, as it was " a cheap supermarket rose" Incredibly rude, and an uncalled for opinion. My order which went to another florist was £300.00. Flowers for Florists, on line and a wholesaler. Excellent flowers and terrific service. Obviously local florist didn't need the large order. The Florists opinion was totally uncalled for.Very unprofessional.
I ordered some flowers 2 days before our funeral and they were able to turn it around and provide us with the most beautiful heart shaped flowers- exactly how we wanted them! They are so gorgeous and we are very thankful for this! Would definitely return in the future! Thank you!

Ordered from outside of UK for my sister. Website was easy to use, the flowers arrived on time & I received a follow up email immediately upon delivery to confirm the order was completed. The bouquet was very accurate to the photos online and flowers were in a beautiful condition with many just opening so can really enjoy them fully bloom. She thought they were beautiful! Thank you!
