   Absolutely brilliant service from Jo and the flowers were lovely Went above and beyond with this order. I didn’t realise that the person receiving them was away on Thursday Jo phoned me and emailed and when I confirmed they were away until Monday Jo arranged for another bouquet of flowers to be delivered on Monday Thanks Jo amazing service and customer care

   The Rainflorist did two beautiful dried flower arrangements for my wedding. I asked for big and colourful and they surpassed my wildest dreams on both requests! I would highly recommend if you're looking for an alternative to real flowers - the best bit about these is that they're now in my living room as a stunning reminder of a fantastic day!

   I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend’s birthday from this florist. I gave several days notice and said I wanted them delivered on Tuesday 1st November for morning delivery as I knew my friend was going out for afternoon tea. When it got to 12.10 and having spoken to wish happy birthday to my friend and she didn’t mention the flowers I then rang the florist would said that someone had written it down for Tuesday 11th but the 11th is a Friday. They then said they would get some delivered immediately but again by the time they delivered the flowers my friend was out so she won’t get them until later this evening therefore thinking I had forgotten her birthday. Very disappointed, to say the least, at such a mistake. The attitude when I rang her was rather matter of fact, didn’t really care. I rang and placed my order direct with this florist so I made sure I got to speak to someone about what I wanted. I only hope when my friend eventually receives them they are worth the money I paid for them I would not recommend this florist on the lack of service so far Mrs L Hunt

   It was an absolute delight to deal with The Rainflorist, Jo answered all my questions and thoughts, which was particular to me, through messages, as I was ordering a bouquet for my mum. In general, I found the website easy to use and explicit with the details I needed to know about the bouquets, cost, size etc., very straight forward. I'd left it too late to get delivery the next day on-line, entirely my own doing, so I rang the shop first thing and was able to order what I required and able to get delivery same day which was just wonderful. The flowers were absolutely wonderful according to my Mum and had the effect I wanted. All I can say is Thank You so much for everything prior to the flowers and of course, the wonderful flowers themselves. Would certainly order from you again.
