   Cannot thank the team enough for the amazing flowers they did for my mums funeral. The casket spray was absolutely amazing, with everyone commenting on how beautiful it was. I had met with Helen and discussed some colours and provided a couple of pictures of some we'd seen but they totally exceeded our expectations. The spray was crammed full of beautiful flowers and the colours were fantastic. They also made a beautiful garland that sat round the bottom of the casket in the hearse, with roses that tied into the the casket spray. It looked absolutely amazing. After the funeral I made several bouquets out of the spray to give to the family and a week later they still look fantastic. Thank you so much to all the team, my mum would have absolutely loved the flowers and we will definitely use you again.

   I received flowers from daisy chain on valentine’s day a surprise gift from my partner from Leicester. I was shocked at the price over £40.00 he paid for an abysmal show of flowers with three yellow roses and a few greenery and some daisies.. one lily ..A bunch from marks and Spencer’s would have been better. Very disappointing indeed.. To cap it all, they insisted on a delivery charge to an address that was literally 100yards from the shop.. !!!

   Bought some valentine's day flowers ( florists choice of the day ) and added the gift bag also for £15.. my total order came to £60 and the flowers didn't even last a week (just under) . I feel abit robbed to be honest.. I've bought a lovely bunch of flowers many times before for under £10 which have lasted much longer and also which weren't all already bloomed. I feel it's really overpriced and I'll be sticking with buying my own from now on

   Lovely, quality flowers that are always fresh and last a long time. This is generally my go-to florist for flowers as they are always received well! However, as some feedback for staff, and a pre-cursor to anyone thinking of coming here on a budget, unfortunately the last two times I've visited, I've been made to feel a bit uncomfortable about my budget, by two separate members of staff. This last time a member of staff commented "it's not going to be a massive bouquet for £20" in front of my partner who I was buying anniversary flowers for... £20 is a lot for flowers to some people like myself, and it might be all I can afford. As I said, the flowers themselves are always lovely, and very high quality! It is just unfortunate that occasionally I feel embarassed about my budget walking out the shop.

   If you order from this florist you must be aware that what they deliver may bear no resemblance to what they advertise on the website. We ordered a baby girl package but what was delivered was in a plain bag with no baby reference. Apparently they were out of stock of the ‘special’ bags but did not think to contact us. All that was offered was to go and collect what they had delivered, to take out a separate balloon or to refund us for the cost of the bag. The customer service can only be described as pathetic and I would definitely not recommend or use again.
