Following a recent bereavement a couple of friends chose Amaryllis when there were wanting to send us sympathy flowers . The floral displays were beautiful and have lasted longer than I’d have thought. As we were so impressed with this florist we opted to use them for our funeral flowers . We were not disappointed, the display was exactly as expected , it was beautiful . The service we received was exceptional, right from our phone call to order, to the compassionate and considerate gentleman who delivered. You get my order every time from now on . First class in our opinion .
When looking for flowers for our wedding, my wife and I found a florist called Amaryllis. We liked how knowledgeable the florist was and how she was able to provide the exact flowers we had planned for our wedding. Two days before our wedding we called to make sure all was going well. We realised the number we called to book flowers was actually for a florist called Amaryllis in Leeds, England and not Amaryllis in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland. My wife was devasted when we realised our mistake. Helen from Amaryllis said she would give us a refund and she was going to call florists in Enniskillen to see if one could fulfil our order on short notice. While neither we nor Helen could find a florist in Enniskillen that could fulfil our order on short notice, she reassured us that she contacted the post office and could post the flowers for next day delivery. My wife and I were so thankful for Helen for going beyond our wildest expectations for a florist by searching for florists in Enniskillen even after offering us a full refund. The flowers arrived hours before the wedding perfectly intact and beautifully arranged. We thought we booked the wrong florists by accident, but we really booked the perfect florist because of Helen’s dedication and empathy. Conor & Samantha
I'm terribly indecisive and can never decide what flowers I want or need. Louise at Amaryllis knows exactly what would be my best options after a little information and I'm always more than happy with the end result. Flowers always fresh and last for ages as well as looking gorgeous. Definitely recommend.
