   Both managers treat the staff appallingly, rude to them, caught them speaking about them on the shop floor and from what I've seen they do a lot for the store these staff members. I'd definitely look into these two and will no support the store due to thier conduct. Volunteers should be treated so much better.

   Visited 15/12/2023 totally shocked by the rude responce of duty manager, she was also blunt and snappy to the young man who served us. We only inquired if a item was £1 or £2 as the label attached was unclear and confusing.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, probably will not visit any further mencap shops if this is the way managers are trained

   Wonderful charity shop. Everything is priced at £2 which is absolutely fantastic for a charity shop. The manager and her assistant are excellent with there volunteers and look out for them very well

   Its clean, tidy, friendly staff... some stuff are prices good and some are a bit to much. But that's the same in all charity shops... I always go back but it's a hit or miss, again same with all shops
