Such a good Charity shop. With a brilliant variety of new & second-hand items. Unlike most charity shops nowadays, which are very expensive. This one is has very good prices. Also the staff are very friendly & helpful

A bright and clean store which differs from many charity shops in that it is laid out with a large floorspace. You’re able to look around without feeling claustrophobic or getting in anyone’s way. Books, music and films are the focal points for me, and Sue Ryder provides a good space for these. All items are arranged neatly with clear and reasonable pricing. Add their friendly staff into the mix and you’ve got a pleasant place to look for bargains and support their cause.

Really rude staff. Had some bedding to donate. Arrived at 4:35, sign saying they shut at 4:30 but I could see staff still inside and just wanted to drop it off. Shouted at me that they were closed, I asked if I could just drop it inside, it would have taken 2 seconds but then a blonde lady turned to me and rudely said 'I think you're forgetting we all have homes to get to, we're closed'. Assuming it's the same lady as some other reviews have mentioned. Absolutely vile service to say I wanted to donate.

Hassle free and genuine, lovely staff. Claire went out of her way to reunite me with my bag and purse which had been handed in as a donation by a third party - so thankful. Every time I have been in to store, the staff always have a smile and are more than willing to help in any way that they can.

Middle aged, blonde lady with glasses that works there needs to realise that customers can hear what she says about them. Very unprofessional. Also, items are overpriced and can be bought for the same amount on eBay. Without the hassle of dealing with certain unprofessional staff members. I only go to this shop due to its proximity to Tesco. However, I doubt I will bother in the future.
