Since taking over the round from our previous cleaner. We have found them to be reliable, considerate & they do a great job. They always message the night before to let us know they are coming and again once they have completed the job. If you aren’t happy they will come back and redo it but we have never had to ask this. We would 100% recommend.
This company arrived on time to clean our roof, a very dirty roof I may add. The two men never stopped working and were extremely pleasant and courteous. It was a two day job and our roof looks fantastic. Would highly recommend this company.
Lincs windows called me and left VM and emails after my quote to give me more details about their cleaning services. When I made my booking, they came out the day after (today) and the cleaner Katy called me prior to coming, she also cleaned my windows and doors with care, she was very friendly. Great service overall and would recommend. Thanks again.
I wholeheartedly recommend Lincs Window Cleaning LTD. I moved to this company after having issues with another one. I must say that Lincs Window Cleaning have done an amazing job at cleaning the windows (left them sparkling clean), but also at keeping in contact with me, notifying me everytime they are coming. They've been punctual as well and came the day they said they will. I am pleased all the way around and glad I have moved onto their client list.
Great communications by keeping you informed about appointments and then when payments are due! Staff are very professional. Turn up on time and get on with job, completing it to high standards of cleanliness! We are very happy with Lincs Window Cleaning and have recommended to friends, but not sure if they have followed up on it!!
Really couldn’t praise them enough. Excellent admin and timely service, even though I didn’t do as asked my end. But the one outstanding part for me is the honesty of the staff and the business, booked a gutter clean that wasn’t required when they came to to do it and was informed straight away that the cost would be adjusted to suit. Spot on.
The lads were polite, friendly and worked diligently and professionally. Our large conservatory was cleaned inside and out as well as our windows (inside and out) when they finished both our conservatory and bungalow were gleaming. They also cleaned out our guttering which was quite bad and overdue. Also difficult to get to because of the size of the conservatory. We would recommend this company to anyone who wants a good professional job done. More than satisfied.
I had an emergency regarding damp and was calling around for quotes and received a callback from Amelia who listened to my worries and asked me to send photos through. Within a couple of hours they came out to survey the gutter and took photos and confirmed the gutters weren’t the issue. They didn’t charge me for the callout and even promised to send me the photos to show to other tradesmen to get to the bottom of my problem. Was also advised to contact my neighbour regarding their guttering as this would cause problems for me in the long run. I found their customer service exceptional and they were very helpful! Would highly recommend.
We have used Lincs Window Cleaning for several months now and waited to give our review until we had used them for a while. Regular window cleaning and we've had a one off pressure wash of our driveway and were very impressed. Highly recommend this friendly company
