   Sorry, I preordered and paid for an expensive bouquet to be delivered today. Was told it would be delivered on the florest's way home between 1430 and 1500. Now 2030 and no delivery. Was a special for a Diamond Anniversary, may as well wait until the platinum one now. All talk and no action, deliver tomorrow please or I want my money back, you have not delivered what you promised. I'm seriously angry.

   Dissapointed. Pre ordered a bouquet for a special birthday day before, arrived to collect and was offered a completely different premade bouquet in the window. Said no thanks as it was nothing like what i wanted, felt like i was putting the lady out as she had to go make my order while i waited. The bouquet was beautiful, however when transferring them from the box to a vase, all the stems had been cut so short it wasnt possible to keep them as they looked rediculous. Bought bouquets many times before from various other florests and never had that issue. Maybe caught this shop on a bad day as other reviews are good, but to say how much i paid, i feel the service and product should have been much better.

   I rang up last minute and ordered flowers for my mums birthday as usual I’d forgot I rushed around trying to get it sorted and sent them to the wrong place this was not a problem for them they were so unbelievably understanding and helpful I couldn’t have chosen a better place to get flowers from they went above and beyond today to deliver my mums flowers and I can’t thank them enough!!! The owner is absolutely lovely and so genuine I couldn’t recommend more if I tried!!

   I had some flowers bought they were in a box which i have had many times before from other florests so i no how to look after them, they died after 2 days of me getting them we were offerd money off our next flowers which was something but i feel a refund should have been offerd .

   Had my first delivery of fruit and vegetables today, fantastic service, fantastic quality, all guidelines followed. Received everything I ordered apart from the flowers I had requested. They went over and above as I had requested lillies for a funeral but they hadn't been able to get them. I have just received a knock at my door and found the lillies on my doorstep free of charge... Andrew had rung round and found them for me... needless to say I will continue to use their services long after all this goes away
