This surgery was fantastic at one time. Dr Rao bless him, is overworked and the surgery is unfortunately much busier like everywhere else. My repeat prescription is hardly ever on time and is way over date. I've had to wait 3 days without my medication.
Dr Rai has been treating mu daughter fir various problems without getting to the bottom of what's wrong with her. She has abdominal pain 24/7 and will not send her to hospital. This angers me as it has been going on for a whole now. Look at the reviews. He is in his 90's far too old to be practicing. All he dies is give her pills. He needs to retire

If there could be less than half a star I wouldn’t give it , the doctor left it a week and still didn’t get back to me even though I was in absolute agony , he was in the surgery and still couldn’t give a patient 2 minutes of his time he doesn’t work on Thursday afternoon and is still busy to speak to a patient you are lucky if he works for 3and a half days a week ,if he can’t put the time in for his patients then retire as he would be just about as much use all I can say is shame on you dr rao
Absolutely useless! Moved doctors because I had issues with my old ones. Now being refused my prescription. Telling me it's not on my record although I've been on my prescription for over 8 months! Apparently they won't be giving me my prescription. Preach about mental health and leave people suffer. Absolutely rediculous and the way I was spoken to by know it all receptionists is an absolute joke. No respect for patients at all.
You have more change diagnosing yourself through google. Nobody here can do thier job properly. Prob bought thier degrees off Ebay. They can never send out prescriptions correct and dont do referrals when they said they will. Useless dont bother
