   If I could give minus 10 I would! I arranged. Furniture pick up and it was a sheer disaster and very stressful! The woman I spent about 45 minutes with at the Sheffield branch took all the details down then when the men came, they told me the items were not on thr list! This completely useless woman wats3d my time not once but twice they cherry picked the stuff and left me with so much...Ill never use this company again..

   Asked to try on a sports bra, they said that's fine, then a member of staff whipped the curtain open 'not knowing I was in there'. Surely the curtain being shut and fastened would suggest someone is in there. Good thing I hadn't got further than taking my jacket off...

   One of the best chazzers in Sheffield. Shame about the no longer all clothes £3 but understandable. Very helpful staff esp Alison. And one of the best furniture donation websites ever. Quick n easy to enter your item, a photo and book a collection date. Brilliant.

   We Purchased a piece of furniture from the Hillsborough shop. Arranged for delivery and charged £35 promised a date and it didn't arrive. Then Arranged another date week later ,that didn't arrive either . Finally Arranged a further date this did arrive. Pretty poor customer service once they have your money however the two delivery personnel who finally brought it were very nice and helpful.

   I use to love this charity shop but the quality of their items has dramatically decreased. The majority of the items are dirty and have holes in. The stock doesn’t seem to change a lot of the time. Such a shame as we use to love coming here. One member of staff is always on their phone and doesn’t seem to want to engage with customers

   Very good service here very welcoming and very friendly staff always on hand to help and loads of cheap item from £3 loads of bargains so i would definitely reccomend and also they do a great delivery service and the delivery men are really friendly xx

   Manager reserved a fridge freezer for us, we agreed on a pick up date, gave 2 telephone numbers to contact. We went in to make sure everything was still going ahead and manager acted like she didn't know who we was, once we said that she knew who we was. She then claimed that she "couldn't find the numbers" so sold it. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Now left us without a fridge for our house move, we explained that we was moving out of a furnished private rent into an unfinished private rent. She knew our circumstances and all she had to say was "sorry". Avoid, they're an absolute let down. They have no business structure. Avoid avoid avoid. Head office need to read this and restructure the management!
