   Good shop lots of items in there, I have to say the aisles are very tight and make me feel a little claustrophobic but apart from that they have a load of items house decor, food, toys and much more. The staff are super friendly we went this weekend to get a few more bits for Christmas with our toddlers and the lady till staff member was amazing with our toddlers asking if they have wrote their letter to Santa. Moments like this really get me into to holiday season.

   I don't think you can really fault a B&M store?! The place literally has everything you didn't know you needed!! The one thing that consis8kets them down is a lack of staff on the shop floor. Spotting one to ask for assistance is like finding a 4 leafed clover! And don't get me started on the tills!! Visited today (Saturday) on one of the busiest days of the week ...2 out of 8 tills open with queues bending around a corner. It's a shame really because its ever so off putting.

   These stores literally have nearly everything you’ll want! A bigger than usual store that’s absolutely packed. From food to the garden the shop is well laid out and everything is quite well laid out. A lot of deliveries were lying about the shop which wasn’t exactly ideal. However regardless it’s worth a visit as you might just find your items here cheaper than some other stores

   B&M is one of the more wheelchair friendly of the budget shopping options with beautiful wide aisles and most popular items at reachable heights. They also have a wide range for usually affordable prices and friendly helpful staff.

   I simply can not give enough praise to the area manager that was in store a couple of weekends ago. I think her name was Kerry (apologies if I got the name wrong, memory isn't my strong point!) There was a young man in store struggling massively with anxiety, he was visibly nervous and having a hard time. Not only did she help to calm him down but she walked him round the shop helping him the whole way, helped him through the check out and made sure he would be ok after leaving the store. This was way beyond the care and service that I have ever seen in any store and I suffer with mental health myself so to see this truly warmed my heart. She deserves the highest praise as an employee and what a truly great, and caring human.
