The prices are very reasonablw. I shop around & this is one of my go to places. There is free parking available in the basement.
Why don’t they ever answer the phone. It’s very important. Not good management really

Good store with lots of low cost , useful items, but , having to wade through litter and general waste on the entrance steps is depressing ! The store sells brushes etc , so a quick ten minutes clean up would not be beyond someone . A bit of pride goes a long way .
I like B & M but this store is a little bit dark which doesn't make it feel very welcoming
It’s no wonder Home bargains and Poundland are taking this shops business. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Over charged at the til and the assistant was unwilling to help or check items that had been put through and told me check til receipt myself. (Store was not busy and no else was waiting) With dimmed lights that they now have in store and a tired hyperactive 4 year old in tow meant I could check the receipt until I got home. When I got home I found that I’d been doubled charged for a £5 toy. It’s not worth the time and petrol to go back and get a refund. Lesson learnt always check the receipt at B and M as staff are useless
Got everything you need and more. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will be back there often.
This visit to this store was very disappointing Big queues at the checkout then a very rude member of staff (older man who should have known better ) on the shop floor was asking THE ONE & ONLY CHECK THAT WAS OPEN ( the lovely lady on the checkout was so Apologetic about the Queues) was asking where the other staff where So walking about with a piece of cardboard under his arm seemed to be more important than getting the queues down I worked in retail for 21 years & this is not a way to look good in a store l think this member of staff wants to realise that it's the customers that want a good shopping experience not the lady on the till to made look like it her felt that there's JUST ONE CHECK OPEN !! this man ( don't call him a gentleman because he had no manners) what to learn how to speak to people right don't think I will be in a rush to visit this store again thank you very much
Item I went down to the shop for was £2 more than on their web site.... they're looking into it...we'll see, may be able to give them more....or less stars
