   After looking at the opening hours online we visited our local Worksop store at 6 to be informed that they was shutting. When talking to a staff member we informed them that it said online 7. Staff member replied with “we always close at 6 to which it says on the door too”. Are people just expected to drive to the shop to read the door to know? Could this not be reflected online in regards to the worksop branch to ensure people do not make a wasted journey and met with poor customer service when questions are asked as the staff member was not particularly helpful.

   Staff are amazing always willing to help when needing something or letting me know if it's in stock or not even going to check in back just incase they have some in stock room.

   I always go to B&M to get my house cleaning products and I always have a look around the store but just lately I have noted the prices and getting more and more as to how the shop was. Also it is not a great look for the store when you arrive at the store to see employees just sat on the floor smoking just near the entrance. One thing that is a big positive is the new bargain range now that I do like. The other big bear is that when you ask a staff member if they have something in the store they say not sure it might be on this aisle or the aisle? And never enough stuff on the tills when it's busy.

   It's not the place to be to grab one item! You always end up with more than you went in for. In the main staff are great and helpful.

   The prices are good value for money. I Googled a few items on a comparison site before I shopped, and B&M did really well. I also managed to bag a few stocking filler Christmas presents. Bonus!

   Always enjoy shopping here. Ideal for picking up groceries if short of time. Would also recommend checking out every aisle ( I do) for new lines. Bedding and households are a particular favourite. The shop is well laid out, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
