I found this clinic after reading about it in a magazine. From the first time contacting the clinic, the staff were beyond amazing and got back to the 101 questions that I had very quickly. I was also impressed with all the positive reviews and comments about Dr Eskander from online reviews and social media. I was extremely nervous before my first consultation with Dr Eskander, talking about such a sensitive issue but he put me at ease straight away and didn’t judge, something which I haven’t had positive experiences with when dealing with other gynaecologists. After the consultation I booked in for my appointment and the communication from the clinic up to the appointment and after was great. On the day of my appointment I was really nervous but from the moment I arrived at the clinic I felt at ease straight away, due to the caring nature of the nursing staff. Doctor Eskander was absolutely fantastic explaining everything in great depth before and after the procedure. Also a huge thank you to Ava who was the nurse during my procedure, she was so friendly and helpful and this kept me relaxed throughout. I couldn’t recommend the Gynae Centre highly enough and will defiantly use them again when needed. I just wish Google would allow me to rate you more stars as your all amazing. Thank you so much!

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable experience I had at your clinic, which took place over multiple visits. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic care was deeply upsetting, and I feel compelled to ensure this matter is addressed. I originally contacted the clinic to book an urgent appointment and was instructed to arrive by 11:00 AM, with a warning not to be late. I arrived 30 minutes early, yet no staff member acknowledged my presence or offered any information. After waiting over an hour, my partner approached reception to confirm I had been checked in. Only then was I handed a form to complete, after which we waited another two hours without any updates. It wasn’t until three hours after my scheduled appointment that we were told the doctor would see us shortly. Another couple had just been seen and seemed visibly upset. A nurse then disclosed confidential information about that patient, stating that she had changed her mind and would be taking tablets instead of proceeding with her originally planned treatment. I was shocked and disturbed by this serious breach of confidentiality, which constitutes: • A violation of patient privacy and UK data protection laws (Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR) • Unprofessional and unethical conduct • A breach of the NHS Code of Conduct and expected standards of care At around 3:00 PM, I was finally seen by the doctor—after being asked to make immediate payment via card. At no point during my three-hour wait was I offered a drink, reassurance, or any form of patient care. We agreed I would return after travelling abroad for a follow-up appointment. I explained in detail that the timing was critical, as I would be travelling again soon after. However, while abroad, I received an email stating that my appointment had been cancelled due to unpaid fees—even though payment had already been taken. I called the clinic and gave my details three times. I was told a payment link would be sent, but it never arrived. I had to follow up by email, and only then was the link sent. The stress caused during this time—while I was abroad and anxious—was entirely avoidable. Upon my return, I arrived two hours early as instructed, in order to take pre-procedure medication. I was told this would help ensure the procedure went more smoothly. After waiting over an hour, I asked about the medication, and was told I would be given it another way, with conflicting explanations. Again, no reassurance or clear communication was offered. My partner even questioned whether the clinic was legitimate, given the disorganised and confusing manner in which things were being handled. At my initial appointment, I had clearly stated my blood type and that I require an Anti-D injection during pregnancy. Despite this, it wasn’t until just before the procedure that I was told I would need the injection—and that it would cost an additional £100. The card machine was brought in once again, right before the procedure. My partner paid under pressure, saying we would “deal with it later.” This was extremely unprofessional and distressing. To add further confusion, I was told the procedure would be delayed until 2:00 PM because I had a sip of water at 8:00 AM. However, the nurse later contradicted this explanation, indicating the water would not have been an issue. I now believe the real reason for the delay was because the anaesthetist had not yet arrived—yet this was never communicated to me. In total, I paid approximately £2,000 for a procedure that was disorganised, poorly managed, and emotionally distressing. I was made to wait longer than I have at any other clinic, treated without compassion, and subjected to a clear breach of data protection. Both my partner and I are appalled by how we were treated. This experience has had a serious emotional impact on me, and I believe it is essential that your clinic reflects on this situation to prevent further harm to Regards

Thank goodness the actual doctor and nurse Jess were amazing and my saving grace but everything else about this place is amateur. A complete privatised money maker with no thought as to the vulnerability and fragility of the clients walking in and the procedures they are carrying out. There is no communication between the team so wrong prices are communicated and argued about, no one checks you in they leave you waiting as if you are non-existent and when you ask a question no one knows the answer. A total shambles if you ask me, it made the whole process really unsettling for me. The anaesthetist that they brought in was so unaware of his surroundings it was uncomfortable as he continued to ask me stupid questions and makes stupid remarks bearing in mind the vulnerable situation I was in and the emotions I was experiencing going through what I was going through at this place. If I’d had more time on my hands I would never have settled for this kind of treatment. Save yourself the money and use the government funded body who are well trained, caring and accommodating.

By far, the most professional, dedicated and caring clinic I have ever been a patient of. Dr Eskander is a warm, passionate doctor who listens to each of his customers attentively, to address any concerns. He goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is comfortable and satisfied with their treatment that can assure is delivered at the highest standards possible. What makes his special however is the fact that he makes you feel special. You leave the clinic with the reassurance of having been looked after as an individual - and one that matters for them. This from the initial consultation, throughout all your journey with them. I am still thankful for what he did for me 14 years ago that can guarantee was much and much more than any other doctor would have ever offered.

Great service. The staff is organized, it was not difficult to find a common speech. They are always sympathetic to the preferences for the time of the visit. The process of obtaining information about analyzes / passing other specialists is also well organized - we never had to wait.

I called in today to make enquiries about seeing the Gynaecologist and all I wanted was information on consultation and Altruasound scan prices and God was the receiptst so rude. She kept hanging up the line when I'd tried calling back several times and eventually she transferred my call onto the auto voice message for good 5-7mins. Didnt expect this level of poor service especially considering the fact that it's private clinic. I wouldn't recommend this place hospitality wise. The reception is rubbish no customer skills..
