   I have been seeing Leanne for some time now. I initially sought her guidance when I was going through a particularly difficult period beyond my control and felt unsure of how to move forward. With Leanne’s expertise and support, she has helped me find a way to progress. I honestly didn’t think I would return to my usual cheerful and witty self, but I have, and I am grateful to Leanne for that. Some days can be challenging by the unhelpful thoughts, but Leanne has shown me different strategies to work round and how to not let it affect me. She has truly made a difference in my life, and I cannot thank her enough. The journey has been challenging, with many ups and downs, not due to any fault of Leanne’s but while awaiting information for myself. Throughout it all, she has stood by my side every step of the way. I feel comfortable sharing everything with her, and she has consistently provided a caring and professional environment. If you need someone to talk to or come and see, Leanne is the person. I just want to thank Leanne for everything she has done for me and still does. I feel me again and it’s all down to her. Especially having that someone to express my feelings and emotions too.

   I went to Leanne after always struggling with social anxiety which was impacting all aspects of my life. She helped me understand what had caused it and how to manage it. I will never be cured but I now have a visibility of when it will happen and what I can do to deal with it. The realisation that it wasn’t just me and it wasn’t my fault was the start of taking back control. Would thoroughly recommend Leanne for hep with any anxiety issues.

   I have suffered from low self esteem for many years, and I have been to quite a few therapists, however, seeing Leanne has been a “light bulb” moment. For the first time, I wasn’t going over the same things as I had spoken to a therapist the week before. My thoughts were challenged by her, and she gave me examples, amid much encouragement, to question my formerly held beliefs. Leanne is easy to talk to, caring and understanding. I would definitely recommend her.
