I love empathy so much. All the staff are incredibly friendly and reliable, they are considerate about all of their clients individually and I have never received better help. I had Caroline as my therapist/councilor and she was the most caring empathetic lady I've ever met. She has a unique ability to make you feel heard and validated without creating a tense atmosphere. She is super personable and extremely caring. She was consoling when I cried and positive when I needed support. I felt like I was talking to a friend with professional advice and zero judgement. She helped me better myself and my mental health. The staff are also considerate about finance and incredibly helpful. I know they are also active in the local community and are willing to help even in difficult situations. If you're looking for top of the range therapy and you need fast and fluent help, I would advise getting intouch with empathy.
