   I had an unpleasant experience with Kath, one the manager, by always would make sparky, passive-aggressivecomments- She needs to get laid. Whereas, Sheila was pleasant until she was dishonest about a client I had,the client would always DNA, which I made clear about affecting my hours and deadline is due soon. I then addressed this with her, thus she ended my hours without even allowing me to say goodbye to long term client. She become unprofessional by unresponsive,multiple last minute meeting cancellations to my university, and refusing to sign my client log hours (she did in the end due to going in person). In addition, I still have not recieved my certicate for 'Working with Anger' that was over two years ago which was her responsibility to ensure the presenter has provided. I repeatedly kept asking for my certificate and more clients hours which she failed to do. Honestly, spending two years in Harmony was a waste; consequently, it did not contribute to my development as a psychotherapist. Advised trainee not to their placement at Harmony.

   Giving it one star is being generous. So basically cos I gave some honest feedback and sheila the manager didn't like it, she blocked me on Facebook and cancelled all my sessions. You clearly don't care how the clients feel then if you can't take honest opinions and feedback, which for counsellors is really bad. If you block people and cancel clients cos they don't do what you want that's very controlling. You cannot run a business where you expect 100% positive feedback then block anyone who doesn't do that. What you could do is actually try and find out why they felt that way and make the service better. But you don't care. And Mike told me you were a trained therapist as well. Clearly in the wrong job if this is how you treat your clients. I even said to him I'd be willing to move on if you were legitimately sorry for the way you spoke to me but what do I expect? That clearly is too much of an ask for you wasn't it? Services always treat me like dirt, especially ones from St Helens. That's okay, I'll be making an official complaint then. Absolute joke. They made my mental health worse cos of the way they spoke to me on the phone “do you want to explain why you posted that”- which is aggressive and confrontational. That would explain why there are only 2 positive feedbacks and the rest is blank cos when they hear something they don’t like, they just block you. By the end of the night, the manager had made me so upset that I self harmed again, feel suicidal and was abusive to her once cos that’s how low she has brought me, and made me feel. If someone can make you feel so bad that you behave out of character, says alot what kind of people they are. Especially when I’m autistic, being bullied causes meltdowns where I struggle to regulate my emotions.

   Scam artists with no BACP registration or any registration to a counselling body. It's important that people know that literally anyone can set their self up as a counsellor in England as calls for regulation have been ignored again and again by various governments.
