I've just had the most amazing Swedish massage at Wellbeing Therapies. Fiona is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional - exactly what you want from a therapist. Would highly recommend.
I visited Fiona for a facial & a neck, back and shoulder massage. Fiona was fantastic, she had a lovely calming nature and was really knowledgeable about what oils would suit me best and help with tiredness I'd been feeling. I recently had an amazing massage and facial with Fiona. From the moment I walked in, I felt calm and relaxed. Fiona is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what oils would suit me best. I went in with tense shoulders and she managed to get all the 'knots' out. I felt so much better that night and slept like a log. My skin felt soft and radiant, soaking in all the essential oils and reducing the fine lines around my eyes. Thanks Fiona. I feel amazing :)

Highly disappointing customer service. I waited two weeks for an appointment. I emailed fiona two weeks ago to ask whether she did mobile reflexology and she confirmed that she did. We agreed on a date and time and i emailed her my full address and phone number. Yesterday I called to confirm she was still coming and it rang to voicemail. I called today to confirm and then getting no response i text her to confirm she was still coming and she text me half an hour before my 12 o clock treatment to say she only does mobile when she has availability despite me booking 2 weeks ago with her full agreement. Highly unprofessional! I even cancelled plans with friends to stay in and wait for her.
