After buying 2 long'reach lighters for oven 'found them to be none refillable... Disposable when we're constantly blamed and charged for plastic waste... The staff member on till was as ignorant as the manager she was speaking to on her headset... Took over 5 minutes to return the unopened item... Utter incompetence and willful ignorance Will be using home bargains or B&M In the future
