Left a voicemail as phonewas an answer message. It was responded to by the end of the day with a good discussion and set up plan established.

Sent them the £5 registration "donation" and filled in the form and emailed it to them. Haven't heard anything from them. And their phone line always goes to answering machine. Waste of time, especially when you're in need of help.
Contact these people twice for help. Never received anything from them. Stay away.
