Have seen Pete for multiple injuries and post surgery and he has been fantastic. Spotted things another physio I saw missed and consistently provided an excellent survive. Couldn’t recommend any more.

Incredibly disappointed by my recent experience after previously experiencing great treatment and service from Emily. I was booked in to see Emily for treatment on a shoulder injury mid December. Unfortunately this was rearranged and I saw “Harry”, on Thursday 12th December. I came out of that session in a lot of pain and not feeling any better, although that is not unusual. I was promised that some exercises would be loaded to the portal for me to do ahead of a follow up session on the following Tuesday. No exercises had been loaded to the portal by the following Monday (16th) so I cancelled the follow up session and asked for them to load the exercises, which was done that evening. When I went to do the exercises I noticed they had loaded the wrong ones - as they all related to the lower back and hips!! I emailed them on the morning of 17th December asking them to correct their error and have to this day not received a reply. Needless to say but I will not be using Joints & Points again.

I had my right acromioclavicular joint surgically reconstructed in January 2023. I visited Joints & Points to see Emily (Morphy-Morris), who provided physio from one week following my surgery all the way through to a full recovery. I have full range of motion and strength back in the joint and I do not believe that my recovery would have been as successful without Emily's help. My surgeon commented on the rapidity of my healing and a large portion of my successful healing can be attributed to Emily. Emily's knowledge of joint biomechanics and musculoskeletal anatomy is second to none and she demonstrated care, empathy and compassion alongside a professional and friendly attitude throughout my treatment. Emily has also helped with physiotherapy for my chronic back pain, which has improved dramatically under her care. I now continue to visit for regular sports massage as well as physiotherapy sessions for my back. I would not hesitate to recommend Emily as a physiotherapist - she is a credit to her profession and to Joints & Points. The reception/admin team at Joints & Points are also friendly, helpful and welcoming.

I visited Joints and Points today for an initial physiotherapy assessment. Reception was friendly and effective, as was Emily, the physiotherapist, who was excellent. She was on time for my appointment and the room was spotless clean and tidy. She was really thorough in her assessment and explained the whole process, with next steps, and also sent a follow up email with extensive exercises etc to compliment the treatment. I'm really impressed with the service I received today.

I was offered an appointment at short notice. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, the physio was very professional, I left feeling so much better, more movement in my back and legs. I received some exercises to do at home. Altogether a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Booked for half 3 on Saturday, told a 25 min appointment wouldn't be fair as need about 40-45 minutes as I was after a sports massage for a trapped nerve and some lower back issue so had my appointment cancelled. Got a call back saying I could come in at 3 and have full time etc. I turned up about 14:57, filled out forms, use the toilet then sat down for a couple minutes before being seen so got in the room about 15:05. Had some pressure put into my neck, some movement moves done, stretches shown and some pressure added to my back and a force cracking throughout my back. Told I'd get an email with some information and still waiting but I left the building at 15:25. So in theory, my appointment got cancelled for no reason the first time as I spent £30 for 20 minute appointment for a little poking about and some stretching and still getting pain and tingle in my upper back. So after thinking about my experience, I feel ripped off.

Having had one course of treatment some little while ago at the clinic here in Bromborough with Saba which was really good and successful, I had no hesitation booking again with a different problem. Not only is Saba very good at what she does and very attentive and professional, she really is a lovely warm and caring person making the treatment an even better experience and it's my pleasure to highly recommend her.

Could not recommend J&P enough. I have been going there for over a year now, for physio and massages. If I have a new injury or pain Harry is always able to help fix the issue no matter how strange it may seem. Harry's knowledge and experience have made the injuries less impactful than they would have been normally.
