   I visited this shop yesterday to return my parcel using Evri. I scanned my code and tore off my label the shop keeper was extremely rude and aggressive towards me he shouted at me that I shouldn't have ripped the paper off I apologise and he just stared at me angrily and would not speak. He said to me to take the rubbish and put it in the bin outside. I felt very threatened any uneasy. I will not be using this shop again and have advise my family and friends not to use this shop.

   Horrible shopkeeper don’t know his name unfortunately but he is so so rude to me when I’ve been returning Evri parcels I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time as we can all have off days but the second time was awful! he has no respect for his customers especially if you are a woman - will never ever set foot in that place again!

   Don’t even deserve a one star! The point of a shop is a good customer base but now I understand why it was empty I won’t go into everything as it’s made me extremely angry but basically the guy at the counter was extremely unhelpful with my Amazon return which I had never done and asked for his helped to which he used the words “you can’t read” “your stopping my business” and your stupid” (under his breath) AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   I often visited this shop coming home from school throughout the years and to buy snacks during the pandemic. The staff are okay and you can find everything you need there. I started posting and collecting my parcels from there a couple of years ago and I really like how conveniently close they are as well as the service they provide. I've never had any of my parcels gone missing or misdelivered.

   Avoid this shop at any cost they dont deserve ur custom ive had nothing but a clever attitude & complete rudeness from this man regarding parcels i was trying to send. Why sign up for service if he doesnt want to do it!! Totally out of order & disrespectful no manners or helpfullness from him who does he think he is? Cannot believe the reviews & how many others having same issue with him.

   Extremely rude staff. I was regularly using this business to collect and post parcels, however I have stopped due to the rude people that work here. I felt like they started to begrudge me using their service as I wasn't buying anything from the shop. - they are obviously paid a fee for the postage service . Although many a time I went to buy something and then realised they charge you to pay by card (pure greed in this day and age). Furthermore the set up they have for the postage and collection of parcels is flawed. They leave the delivered parcels in a large bag at the end of the counter and tell you to route through the bag to find your parcel when collecting. (Ample opportunity for someone to steal something, it also didnt feel right that countless people may have handled my parcel in the middle of a pandemic). When dropping off a parcel they tell you to "put it in the cage" at the back of the shop. Again this cage is just left with everyone's parcels in it for anyone to grab. In the midst of any minimal conversing you may do with them you will not experience any form of please, thank you's, or pleasantries. There are plenty of other parcel stops in the area to use instead of this one and I strongly advise you use a different one as you will get the security you expect as well as a basic pleasant service.
