I contacted Nicky for help with my emotional eating and addiction to chocolate. Nicky listened without judgment and understood the complexity of my issues and failed attempts to address through other avenues. Together we wrote a script which was tailored just for me and included many of the phrases and challenges I had told her. The hypnosis itself was a lovely, relaxing experience and I was aware of what was going on, yet also in a floaty like state. I had 4 sessions in total and each time I feel like I relaxed a little more and went a little deeper into it. Following this treatment I went on holiday and gave myself time to process. I noticed how I was much more aware of what I was eating and started to manage my emotions in a more positive way. Since then I have made drastic changes to my diet and I am enjoying nourishing my body with the vitamins and nutrients it needs. This has had a positive affect on my mental health, energy levels and I am starting to drop pounds on the scales too. I was advised to have 6 sessions to begin with but I have decided to leave it here for now and see how I go. Knowing I can return in the future is a good safety net for me. Thank you so much Nicky. X

Sam provider excellent counselling over a one year period, which helped me really turn my life around! At the start I wasn't in a good place, on medication for depression and not much hope. Through the months of counselling I got back into work, lost a lot of weight, and now I'm even back at Uni! I recommend her to anyone who is stuck in a bad place and can't see a way out.

Tina at Fire Fly Therapies is a lovely counsellor. (Firefly Therapies @ The Therapy Rooms Hoylake) I went to her because I had stoppped losing weight and I needed to stop binging. She tailored my session to my needs. I left feeling very relaxed and determined to continue losing weight. I have list 2lb this month! That might not seem loads but I struggle to excercise so for me it is a massive loss and it is in the right direction! I will ve back and I have paid for my sister to have a session with Tina as well. X

I highly recommend Jacqui. Her empathy and thoughtfulness were evident throughout all the sessions, she makes you feel truly understood, whilst her warm and calm manner creates a safe space for healing and exploration. Jacqui's compassion combined with her ability to skillfully balance support truly encouraged my personal growth. Her professionalism and genuine warmth make her a highly effective therapist.

Cannot recommend Nicky E enough! I started with CBT and moved onto hypnotherapy, Nicky is highly professional, very easy to talk to and makes you feel completely at ease. I left feeling much more positive every week and we built a great relationship. I Would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about starting either therapy!

Losing my husband was one of the most painful events of my life. I couldn’t manage my grief on my own. Bereavement counselling helped me with my grieving and take away some of the pain. My counsellor was very caring and understanding. I highly recommend Wirral counselling to anyone who is struggling with grief and loss.

My partner and I managed to work through our relationship issues by going to couples counselling. Although it was difficult at first, it was well worth it in the end. I don’t know why we didn’t do it sooner. Highly recommend for anyone seeking couples counselling in Wirral.

I’ve never felt the same ever since the covid 19 pandemic. I was always depressed with nothing to look forward to. I decided that I couldn’t go on like this and contacted the Wirral counselling association to help me beat this depression. After having six counselling sessions, I felt like a new person. This is possibly the best money I have spent in my life. Thank you for all your help.

Who would have thought having hypnotherapy would help me get over my fear of going to the dentist. I’ve had this phobia ever since I was child. Absolutely life changing, thank you so much.
