   Just a brief note to thank Helen for seeing me this afternoon at her premises near to The Cross in Neston. I was in some discomfort and Helen took the time to identify the problem and explained the cause and we then agreed how we should proceed with treatment. It was all completed in a professional and friendly manner and I am pleased to say that I would have no hesitation in recommending this Practice: a five star in my opinion.

   I have been going to see Helen for around three years. Initially with a knee problem quickly sorted and then with other minor issues. Now I go for a monthly physio back massage which keeps the cricks at bay. I highly recommend Helen which I have done to others already and I know they have been very satisfied with their treatments.

   I went to see Helen with shoulder issues back in June 2024. This turned into a frozen shoulder issue that needed regular treatment. NHS offered me 3 sessions which would have been no help at all. Helen was thorough in diagnosis, treatment and advice. At each appointment she changed or extended exercises to aid my recovery. 11 months on and I’m still attending once a month for treatment and exercises. I genuinely thought this would never heal and cannot believe the pain I was in. Helen’s guidance, support and treatment is incredible. Not only is she incredibly supportive and caring she knows her stuff. She told me it would be a year and we are a month short and I’m pretty near pain free. I cannot recommend her enough for Physiotherapy and would urge anyone who is suffering to reach out to Helen. I owe her so much for getting me this far and I’m truly grateful.
