   My wife has been searching years trying to find a massage that relieves her back and shoulder pain as a dentist she is constantly in awkward positions… Britney at Mind & body has changed her life.. the lovely calm environment along with her confident hands on professionalism every time has now helped make my wife’s job enjoyable and pain free again rather than coming home in agony. The kids and I buy the gift cards for her so she can book in when she gets a chance, Britney has accommodated her when she can, as timing is often difficult for us.    Excellent back, neck and shoulder massage in an immaculate salon with a relaxed atmosphere. As a full time Nurse my job is stressful I suffer with neck, shoulder and back tension. I have had massages with Brit over the last few months and the tension has gone. The salon is warm, comfortable has a fragrance of aromatherapy oils to enhance the experience. Britney is professional and friendly always providing a high level of expertise in massage therapy. I highly recommend Britney.

   Ive never had a massage until I was recommended to Britney Louise. I was anxious to have a back neck and should massage but due to my job being very physical with heavy materials I wanted to try it out. Britney made me feel at ease right away, she was thorough with the consultation and catered for my individual needs. The room and the music is really calming. The massage was amazing and I have been going back ever since :)
