    I love myself sessions with Debbie! She is intuitive, supportive and very good at helping you to discover for yourself where your patterns and limiting beliefs come from! She then uses her amazing skills, (for me mainly BWRT and hypnotherapy) to reset those neural pathways. Sometimes the results are instant, a weight lifted, a mood change, other times, its when you notice a few days or a week later that thing that used to trigger you didn't. The awareness sets in and the pathway starts to change! Debbie is very happy to let you dictate the pace and content of your session, she will kindly challenge you if needed, but always supportively. That's what I love most, I turn up at each session and go with what feels right, I have not yet had a session(8 so far) where I haven't noticed an improvement in some area of my life. I will continue to use Debbie to build areas of my life for the good things too, she is not just for the tough stuff! I highly recommend Debbie.
