   This is the third or fourth time I’ve been to Liz over a variety of issues from muscle tightness to knee injuries and tendonitis. Each time, Liz has been excellent. Working through the session together to select the correct course of action. I always walk away feeling relaxed and less sore. In particular Liz helped with tendonitis in my foot. Through cupping and massage the pain was eased permanently- amazing! Highly recommended!

   I saw Liz to help me with some little niggles and general maintenance as I have started a fitness programme. She is very approachable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! She very quickly found my niggles and even found some new ones. She explains the science behind what she is doing during the session which is really useful and interesting. She also did some cupping in the appointment which was absolutely fantastic! I felt much better afterwards and in less pain! Would highly recommend, thank you Liz!
