    I saw Caoimhin in December with frustrating knee pain, wrist pain (which I had a diagnosis of dequervains for), on top of an existing hamstring injury (hamstring tendinopathy). As an active person - I was hoping to get back into playing tennis, cycling and running pain free on a regular basis! Caoimhin has been excellent throughout - he quickly diagnosed my knee pain as patellar tendonitis and started me on the appropriate exercises straight away. All the rehab sessions were extremely relevant to tennis/impact sport and were tailored to me! I'm now back to playing tennis and cycling and can finally see myself getting back to where I used to be! Thank-you so much - would definitely recommend!!

    I would recommend Callum to anyone with injury issues, checking whether they need rehab or, as was mainly my case, wanting to widen my ability to maintain and increase body strength ( and mobility ). In four sessions, Callum expertly took me through several exercises geared to specific areas I'd asked him to help me with, mainly using resistance bands and Kettlebells ( I'm not keen on traditional weights, but he managed to shift my position on them ). I've been using Kettlebells and the bands he recommended to good effect ever since and enjoy the flexibility they offer around the house, and the variations they allow. Callum is a great trainer and physio, who is able to get the most out of people and does so with a good sense of humour.

    Started seeing Callum last year while training for a marathon. I’ve seen loads of therapists and physios over the years and Callum is the best about. Helped me manage my niggles, recover from injuries and ultimately nail my marathon goal. Would definitely recommend, even if you’re not planning on running 26 miles!

    I came to Callum with a shoulder problem I’ve had for a few months after getting nowhere with someone else. After the first session of finding out the issue and running through movement tests he was able to get an idea of what the issue was, laid of a plan of action and also a time frame of the recovery period which has been very accurate. My shoulder pain started alleviate after around 2 weeks and then continued to do so along with allowing to me get back to my training properly pain free! I can’t recommend Callum enough if you’re having any issues he will get to the bottom of it and sort everything out!

    I am a lady of fifty-five years of age. I suffer from terrible pain in my back that prevent me from enjoying life and carrying out the simplest requirements of the day, such as walking, sleeping or shopping. I cannot carry my handbag, my grandchildren or even light shopping bag.     I went to Callum after experiencing pain in my lower back which had prevented me from exercising and playing rugby. Callum put me on a 8 week recovery plan that involved sports massages and physical gym workouts to get my lower back back to strength. Later in the program he tailored the workouts towards rugby, and allowed my body to condition to the physical needs of the sport. It was a pleasure working with Callum and would definitely recommend him to anyone who is experiencing any pain or discomfort in the body. Matt

    Callum has been a huge help in getting me (literally) back on my feet after I fractured my foot in two places in Feb 22. Since the injury I’ve struggled with my mobility, endurance and general leg/ankle strength.     I came to Callum 6 months into my recovery after an ACL reconstruction. My initial 6 months was with a generic physio and I moved over to Callum to focus on sport specific rehab enabling me to get back to football. After the initial assessment with Callum it was clear that my previous rehab was insufficient for somebody wanted to return to sport and a plan was put into place to get me back on track. Callum was very knowledgeable about the injury and the causes, he made the sessions fun and in a way I was able to see improvements between most sessions. He also incorporated my rehab into my training by giving a structured weekly day by day plan of sport specific rehab and also strength and conditioning training. I would recommend Callum as he spends the time planning sessions specific to each individual and will listen to your goals and your concerns.
