   Really unhelpful staff! Pop in as I wanted to buy something I’d seen online, I couldn’t find the item so I ask 2 separate staff members to check and I got a ‘can’t be bothered’ attitude. Later went to my local store that informed me that they don’t stock it at theirs but would check what store did…and low and behold this one had plenty. Very poor customer service. Lucky the services was much better at my local store

   Good displays in the shop but the whole retail park is covered in litter from the eateries on site. It was disgusting that there were no cleaning staff available to clean this filth up.

   Clean and well organised store. No mess or clutter. The staff were helpful and friendly. The queues, although the size of them seemed daunting at first, well they were soon got through and you were in and out of there in no time. We managed to get everything that we were after and more in fact! All in all a good visit and would recommend

   Bought 5 pkts of mini marshmallows @ 69p further down the isle same item was marked up at 49p asked an assistant she said she didn't know why but they will let you have them at the cheapest price if I mention it,so I did unfortunately the cashier said they do that sometimes but it's on my till at 69p so that's it. She never offered to make enquiries to anyone. Wrong in my eyes, I make chocolate cones and sweet trees etc to raise money for Sheffield children's cancer unit so every penny counts. Disappointed.

   A great place to shop for all your household needs at prices that are reasonable plus special offers to go. Staff are very friendly and professional who are there to help you find what you need. Once again there is ampler parking spaces for all plus disabled parking as well.

   Absolutely worst b and m I have ever been to. Wrong pricing display on an item, and I was charged full price. I asked the cashier about it who acted like I was saying something in a different language and called for a coworker to check the price. The coworker came and proceeded to ignore me for 5 minutes and chat with the cashier. After being finally acknowledged by the coworker and explaining the situation again, they proceeded to tell me they had this issue the other day, but made no attempt to check the price and instead examined the box (to see if I'd opened it?). The coworker then just stared at me and at this point I was tired and just said "look, i would like to return this please". Just very strange and off-putting behaviour from staff. A simple "sorry, the wrong price was written on this,do you want to return it?" would have sufficed instead of me standing around waiting just to be treat like a nuisance. As someone who also works in retail, please teach your staff how to handle situations like this without wasting the customer's time and making them feel as though /they/ are in the wrong.

   Must be the most understaffed place in the world only ever have a maximum of 2 people on tills and can never find anyone on shop floor. Would be much more efficient if they remove all but 2 tills and replace with self service counters or even if they hired staff to man the tills!!!!
