One of the best shops in our local town, I’ve been a customer of the shop for more than 10 years in every building they have traded in through the years, and will continue to be a loyal customer. They have an excellent selection of stock, I get all my hair dye and piercing jewellery there and I’ve had multiple piercings with Ann over the years too. A Lovely couple and family that run the business, and nothing is too much trouble. A Far better and more personalised shopping experience than big retailers or shopping online!
What a fantastic shop..a real gem of a place. So much choice and really reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend. Had my ears pieced there. Very professional and super friendly.
Rude staff, slow delivery times, bootleg shirts (that I don't believe are licensed).
DO NOT order from the online store. - item arrived damaged - messaged funky gifts via Facebook messenger - no reply - emailed via the online web form - no reply - phoned the store - was told quite abruptly that it was being sorted - after not hearing anything for a while I sent another Facebook message - no reply - I opened a PayPal dispute - no response - i resorted to posting on Facebook publicly to which they did reply!! I was told that they had messaged me but apparently they have issues with some messages being sent. Apparently it was Royal Mail that had damaged my item and a new one had been sent out but conveniently lost by royal mail. - refund received only after escalating the PayPal claim. - I have since been blocked from their Facebook page.
Looking at the reviews, the shop is great....HOWEVER....Their online service is awful.!! If you need to return anything you are told to call them 1st, when you call them, they tell you to send an email. After sending 5 emails without a response (Calling them to chase after not getting a response each time), I was told they are having problems with their email, and just to send the item back, then she said "Sorry, I have to go as the shop is rammed"..!!! So you're not going to deal with me 1st? - WOW. Didn't even get chance to grab her name, so I could use it as a reference, and she put the phone down on me. I think I'll just keep the T-shirt and use it as a rag, as it's not worth my time or effort sending it back, just for them to deny giving me permission to return it..!!

An excellent place with quite cheap prices! The gifts there are funky just like the shop title suggests, and I'm sure you can find something fun for everyone. The TY teddies there are really not that expensive considering most shop price much higher for them. We got 2 platypus TY teddies for £12, and it was extemly difficut to deside because of how cute they were. The staff was fine with us looking around for 30 minutes, and didn't bother us whilst we looked. They seemed friendly also.
