   My self and my husband have been in in two separate occasions. The same lady was incredibly rude. This lady should not be in a customer facing role as she is bad tempered. Huffs and puffs. For parcel drop offs especially she just doesn't want to know. Whoever the manager is they need to have a word with her. Can honestly say she is the rudest assistant I've ever had the misfortune to come into contact with. I will never go in there again and it's because of her

   In what world is sending a half eaten defrosted tub of Ben and Jerry’s out with a deliveroo order acceptable? Apparently the world these guys live in. If you value your health then I would recommend you steer clear from ordering from this shop online and make sure you go in store to choose your own items. Absolutely disgraceful, imagine if your child was the one to open a tub like that..

   Decent selection of wines beers and spirits. All the employees are polite and respectful and great to deal with. However, the checkout counters are very small and during lockdown I offered a shop assistant my carrier bag to fill, she got very stroppy and told me it was against policy to fill customers bags. I went back two days later and was served by the manager. The first thing he said was, how are you, and pass me your bag mate so I can fill it. What a turn around!
