Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this shop. When I came to collect my order, they claimed I hadn’t paid for one of the items—even though I had. I’m a mother and had my baby in a stroller, but despite that, they searched through the entire stroller while my daughter was still inside. All of this over just one pound. In the end, they realized the mistake was theirs—but not only did they fail to apologize, their behavior felt completely disrespectful and racially biased. I left the shop feeling humiliated and deeply uncomfortable. I truly hope they reflect on how they treat their customers and take steps to improve their attitude and professionalism.
Staff didn't want to sell me ibuprofen as I didn't look over 25, which clearly I do. I didn't have any ID as my only one is my passport, no way I'm carrying that around everyday. Not only it's a silly law challenge 25, but I only ever have issues with it in Poundland when trying to get meds. It's not that serious get over yourselves. I had a horrible headache and was almost fainting, barely had any life in me to say something back so just left it.
Not bad for the stuff that they have got and the price is okay
There are really good deals and you can find pretty much anything from chocolate and candies to body care and clothes. Not everything is one pound but I would say most of it is. The only negatives are that some items don't have a price on them and there are a few specific things you won't be able to find.very frandley staff ,well compartimente and very good prices with a lot to chose from,higly recomended great value for the money
