    This was my 5th home delivery with Just Eat and this store! 3/5 I’ve had items missing again today! It all adds up £ when you pay for the service and the delivery. Last time the store manager dropped off my missing items, this time it’s only a tin of custard but through staff carelessness I am now going to have to get on a bus ( I’ve recently had surgery and out of order for several months hence delivery) to get a tin of custard through some members carelessness!! Come on ! Do better!! I’m someone’s nan who lives on a pension and I’m livid you have done this again!! Pay attention stop rushing and making mistakes!!

    I only come here because Waitrose doesn’t stock the Lotus Biscoff Milk Chocolate with Biscoff Spread. I spotted this gelato and thought I’d give it a try but sadly, the Co-op “Irresistible” Vanilla & Caramel Cookie Gelato is the most disappointing gelato I’ve ever had. Also, the level of customer service is extremely poor in this store and virtually non-existent.

    Well what a shambles at the till today 31 10 24 .Lady with trolly and 2 persons shopping plus lotto ..6 customers waiting to be served before the cashier called some one else down. Eventually got served and was as I found out later charged twice for 1 item as the cashier serving was to busy taking to the other cashier ...Not good ..

    Much better sinice the refit. I'm sure I'll get used to where some things have been relocated too after a few more months!! Large shelf space for milk, something another local shop doesn't have any more.

    This shop is useless.customer service is zero.with long queues and very lfew lights on, close it down if that's the best the coop can do, if I could score this store no stars I would have.

    I have just used the store based delivery service, having received a letterbox leaflet about it yesterday. It really was delivery within 2 hours! Even managed to arrive slightly ahead of time, with my 4 bag, £30 of shopping. We had been advised of our need to self isolate this morning. A really brilliant service, thank you.

    Have shopped here regularly for years now. They seem to be one of the best shops for employing friendly, helpful and just generally nice staff members. Did a great job throughout the pandemic of implementing the obligatory measures but without going OTT and making it weird and uncomfortable to shop like most places seemed to do.
